October 2019

Thank you for taking the time to join our mailing list.

This month we are celebrating 6 years since our show first performed in public! Wow I can’t believe how time has flown.

This is not the only anniversary we are celebrating this month. We are also lucky enough to celebrate our 2 year anniversary on 7th October since we partnered with JD Prosound on our theatre tour.

The amazing Jay Dimoff  has been our technical director for 171 theatre shows since then and I am sure you will all agree, it has been the perfect partnership.

Also this month, we have introduced the world to the marvellous Keith Marshall who has joined Ashley playing the lead role of Frankie Valli.

Keith has an incredible vocal range and can hit notes that only cats and dogs can hear! Have you had the pleasure of watching and listening to his talent yet?

I have been working very hard to create a new show for you for the 2020 tour with a new version (specifically written for Bye Bye Baby) of Silence is Golden as well as adding new choreography into some of our existing numbers too.

Behind the scenes there is also a new CD being produced including ALL 8 of the singers from the cast with a 12 track CD that will be ready to purchase before Christmas time.

To get your order in before the release and be one of the first to receive this long waited volume 2 CD, please email admin@byebyebabylive.co.uk

We have also introduced to all our theatre shows a 2 metre X 2 metre banner for you all to have your photos with the cast after every show. This creates a fantastic backdrop to your photos creating better memories for you to keep forever.

We still have a busy schedule for 2019 with 13 public performances left! Here is a list of all of these theatres together with a hyperlink to book your tickets before they sell out. https://byebyebabylive.co.uk/tour-dates/

2020 is already very busy with new shows being added to our tour list as we speak!

The tour is very busy in January already with 10 shows across the UK. This would be a fantastic gift for a loved one or friend for Christmas.

For a full list of our theatre shows for 2020, please check out our website: https://byebyebabylive.co.uk/tour-dates/ Remember, if the show you are waiting for is not there, please keep checking as new dates are being added nearly every week.

I would also like to introduce to you some of the unsung heros in our cast.

In the newsletter I would like to introduce our very own Jake Taylor.

“Jake took up the guitar age 11, developing his skills through influences such as Stevie Ray Vaughan and other great blues guitarists, and taking his studies further to achieve a 1st Class Honours at the Academy Of Contemporary Music, Guildford.

To gain further experience, Jake took over the guitar chair in the house orchestra on the Saga Sapphire for 7 months, backing a variety of acts and genres.

Based in South London, Jake fills his time touring with various bands, session recording, and other theatre shows.   However, by far his favourite is the Bye Bye Baby show. His favourite number is Rhapsody as this gives him to live out his childhood dream of being a Rock Star!”

Thank you for continuing to support our show. If you have any ideas of new songs for our show in 2021, the please feel free to email me at marc@byebyebabylive.co.uk

I look forward to meeting you at a show very soon.
